Well-trained and professional staff, everything fairly clean.
In the heart of the city, very convenient. Also, right near the centre.

I like a lot the fact that the bathroom illumination system is fully automatic and that the bathroom door is closing really tight. I also like the sound isolation from the outside that is really good.
I dislike the internet connection signal strenght. With the laptop I could easily connect in the hotel's lobby, but in the room even if they have said that on each floor there is a signal repeater, it did not work. I also would like to have more places to stay in the hotel's lobby because the space is really big but there are only two armchairs and no table.

It was a very convenient hotel. Breakfast choice is good. Our room was small and was difficult to have the child sleep in the middle as there are two mattresses. But it could be that in the reservation it is written that there is no space for a third bed. It was only for a night to no problem for us.

Staff very nice
I booked a super big suite for two nights but the service and the structure was not at the level necessary to support a room like thatone.

The hotel in Timisoara is comfortable and pleasant with welcoming staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of brilliant food. Fast check-in and parking in the area are available. I appreciated the option for late check-out.

The hotel is nice and simple. Has the essential things that you need and nothing more. It has a big paid parking just in front of the hotel and it is situated 50 m from the pedestrian area in the centre. Has free WiFi with password in the hotel lobby and in the rooms. You also have a fridge in the room, but no minibar.
Parts of the hotel's furniture is quite old. The beds are not very confortable and the pillow is rubbish. The ventilation in the bathroom could be better. The light in the hallway as you enter the room as well as the one in the bathroom are automatic (on sensor) and can be annoying, turning on when not needed.

I enjoyed very much to spend some time at the hotel. I had everything we, (my wife and myself) nedeed to spend a very good time at Timisoara. The staff was very kind and contrributed to the success of our stay. Our room was kept clean, the hotel was clean. The lobby, the stair case, restaurant were very clean and contributed to the desire to spend more time, in the future, at the same hotel. The breakfirst was very good and enough to start the day in a very good mood. The personnel at the desk was very kind and proved to be very professional. Each question or problem was solved promply in the best manner.
The telephone in the room could not be used to call people from the town

Exceptionally clean and huge units with a jacuzzi tub, TV plus a large bed, courteous employees. Great location to Opera. Walking distance to shopping malls and a large shopping mall across the street...

Excellent location - just off main square, on a quiet side street. Nice bathroom - motion sensor lighting is a good environmental touch, though it can produce comical results: if you draw the shower curtain and don't move around frenetically, the lights will go off!
Noise carries from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. The decor is a bit drab - browns and dull yellows. My room had the strangest of paintings - also in brown hues - of what appeared to be an equine transexual baring one silicon breast! The main problem is the breakfast. The breakfast room has a large sign on it 'Salon Fumatori' - which, judging by the stench before you even set foot in the place, you'd be forgiven for thinking means 'smoking compulsory'. The breakfast system of choosing five items from a menu isn't a bad idea; however, the waitresses are bored and surly as customers umm and aahh over their fourth and fifth choices, and it can take a long time for anything to appear if a number of guests enter the smoking den at the same time.
